By repositioning the entry point and optimizing the narrow space, the design team successfully crafted a versatile bar area that transitions seamlessly between standalone service and integration with the restaurant. The removal of the traditional raised bar enhances engagement between patrons and bartenders, elevating the overall experience.

In the dining area, exclusive banquette and booth seating ensure optimal comfort, eliminating the concept of a “bad seat” and aligning with the establishment’s commitment to excellence.
