Conceived by Snøhetta, the project comprises four cabins elevated above the ground, meticulously designed to immerse guests in the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding landscape while blurring the boundaries between indoor comfort and outdoor grandeur.
Embracing Nature’s Embrace
Nestled on the edge of Lysefjorden, the cabins—Stylten, Myra, Stjerna, and Eldhuset—embrace the rugged terrain with a minimalist footprint, allowing the natural panorama to take center stage. Elevated on concrete pillars, each cabin features expansive glass facades that dissolve the barriers between interior and exterior, offering guests uninterrupted views of the fjord and the majestic mountains beyond.

Stepping inside ‘The Bolder Cabins,’ guests are enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility. Additionally, the construction process prioritizes environmental stewardship, with trees felled during construction repurposed for other aspects of the project.
